Teacher Free-Store Sweep: Science!

This event coincides with SLL's STEAM Meetup Fair!

Go wild in the aisles! with a new event series from STEM Library Lab's Teacher Free-Store. Evoking the 90s game show "Supermarket Sweep", this event is an opportunity for Science Teachers to exclusively shop for specialty science equipment and supplies. The Free-Store Sweep has a limited number of spots, does not count against teachers' quarterly TFS shop, and the limit of goods is a grocery-sized shopping cart! In addition to free equipment, this event is partnering with Ed Opportunities to co-host January Meetup Fair: STEAM Night. The evening will also include a complimentary king cake and coffee bar, discount on a food truck, and beats by Head Librarian, DJ Szabi.

Free-Store Sweep participants MUST register ahead of time to guarantee a 10 minute shopping timeslot. No equipment will be held after the event, we recommend you bring an empty vehicle. Staff/volunteers will be on hand to help you load your vehicle.
